This was a fun bag to make. Directions were easy to follow, the size is great for almost any size water bottle. I treated the exterior cotton with heat n bond gel as a water repellent, and the interior is waterproof canvas. The bottom accent is faux leather, stabilized with decoville light. I will definitely be making more of these.
I love this pattern. I’ve been looking for an alternative to another popular pattern out there. This one fit what I wanted. I love the exterior pockets and the drawstring top. Will definitely be making more in future.

Really happy I found this pattern. I am pretty new to sewing, but the video tutorial made it really easy! I upcycled upholstery fabric samples so I did not have to use interfacing. I've already made 5! Can't wait to try making some other bags!

I love this pattern, it comes together really easy with great instructions. I made at full size which is nice, but it works great to reduce to 85%, making it the perfect size for younger kids.

Love this bag pattern. I scaled it down to 85% print size (although it still fits a 1 liter bottle no problem). I used cotton canvas for the exterior, cotton quilt fabric for interior, and seatbelt webbing for the strap. I'm a beginner, so it took me a little while to make it, but I'm happy with the results.

I have to admit that I had some trouble just following the instructions, but understood those steps more clearly after watching the video. It isn’t difficult; there are just quite a few steps to this pattern. This is what separates it from other water bottle patterns, though, since it has so many additional perks! I have a large cell phone in a case (which adds bulk). It still fits comfortably in the front pocket. My tall water bottle fits perfectly. A small wallet will fit in the zipper pouch, and the expandable pocket in the back is a generous size for sunglasses or other necessities. This would be a lovely gift for anyone on your list.

I have really enjoyed sewing the oasis bottle bag pattern. The pattern pieces matched up so well. The video instructions is 'no fuss' clear and quick. Written instructions are very easy to follow. I'm really pleased with the bags I've made so far.
