I have just placed an order, how soon will I receive my package?
As I run this small home based business all by myself, kindly allow up to 5 working days for an order to be processed and despatched.

What are your modes of delivery?
Packages are largely delivered via Singpost's normal mail, SmartPac and courier services.

What are your shipping rates?
We ship FREE locally for orders SGD$50 and above. Orders below SGD$50 will incur a $3 fee for shipping and handling.

I changed my mind about my purchase, can I request for an cancellation/exchange/refund?
Unfortunately, due to limited time and resources, I would not be able to acede to such requests.

I received a defective item. What do I do?
All products sold here are carefully handcrafted with love by me. However if there are indeed defects that have been overlooked, feel free to drop me a message at sewingseedsofluv@gmail.com and we can discuss further on a case-by-case basis.
