1) I changed my mind about my purchase, can I request for an cancellation/exchange/refund?
Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2) I received a defective item. What do I do?
All products sold here are carefully handcrafted with love by me. However if there are indeed defects that have been overlooked, feel free to drop me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss further on a case-by-case basis.
3) Lost packages
Please note that SSOL will not be responsible for any lost packages should you choose the normal delivery option. Please select Qxpress if you wish to track your package.
